A LINCOLN ELECTRIC POWER WAVE 1000 AC/DC welding generator with MAX10S Control has been installed, Flow pusher with resistances for heating the flow and heating the compressed air to keep the flow warm during transfer to the hopper, Automatic welding height control system with tactile probe joint tracking, Very high resolution color camera for remote control of welding position, Laser pointer with compressed air cooling for heavy use on strong thicknesses, LED light for lighting the welding area, compressed air user on the head of the machine, Semi-automatic aspirator with hopper for flux recovery, SIEMENS PLC for controlling the machine's self-positioning programs based on the size of the vessel to be welded, WI-FI system on board of the machine with LAN connection to the Lincoln Generator and to the machine's PLC for remote control of welding parameters via Software on remote PC and Teleassistance.
